Checkpoint is a private contact point for conflict solutions. The service is composed of a personal analyses (if needed) and a concrete solution of the problem.
The staff, so called mediators, attend private as well as business clients. Conflicts can be of emotional, e.g. interpersonal, and/or factual nature. To attend emotional issues the process follows foremost active listening and thereafter the adduction to a positive initial position. Factual problems are often in an administrative sense which are mostly conducted by the mediator. This is the same for assignments that don’t need a computer.

Gratuitosely cooperations currently exist in the Kanton of Zuerich among others to be mentioned: Neighbourhood Watch, Augen Auf, Verein Afrika Freedom, Sozial Forum Switzerland, small headhunter enterprises, as well as a small unit of lawyers and various representators of western and eastern medicine.
